/To install the mod you need/
- clear the map with IDE Killer (archived) - replace the entire data folder in the game directory with the data folder from the archive - add files from the "Add to gta3.img" folder to the gta3.img archive - replace files from the "replace in gta3.img" folder in the gta3.img archive - add and replace files in the game directory with files from the archive
