There is no Jetmax boat in Vice City as such, but this mod will bring it to the game. Jetmax (civilian version) or simply "Jetmax" is a simple but cool mod.
Remember that you can only select one folder at a time.
Works in both the original version and the Updated Classic, Classic Edition.
