This is a modification taken from the Vice City VHS Edition, specifically a breast augmentation mod for several of the original female Vice City characters.
I am not the author of this mod. I have searched but have not found any mention of who is the creator of these skins. If anyone knows who the author is, please tell me so I can list them as the authors. The only mention is “yhwh” on Moddb, who uploaded the Vice City VHS Edition mod.
Installation: Just put it in the “boobs” folder in the modloader in your Vice City directory.
