Speed game modification for GTA Vice City

With this modification you can slow down time to 0.1!

Installation: Throw the ZaWarudo.cs file into the CLEO folder, and the ZaWarudo.fxt into the CLEO/CLEO_TEXT folder.

Instructions: During the game, press V to slow down the game to 0.1, press B to speed up to normal (1.0).
