Mega CLEO Cheat Menu

This is a cleo cheat menu in English for GTA VC, it's similar to the GTA SA CLEO Cheat Menu too!
Install CLEO and put everything to your GTA VC folder

How to open the menu: Press N+M you will figure out how to do the rest once you open the menu
How to use noclip: Press V+B & CAPSLOCK to land
