Vice Extended 3.0
This mod adds new game mechanics and changes existing ones, as well as improves the gameplay in general, making it look like more modern GTA.
Attention! Old saves don't work, you need to start a new game or use the save that is in the archive. ASI plugins written for the original game are not supported!

Features of version 3.0:
- Modloader (no hot reloading for now);
- New weapons: Desert Eagle, AK-47, Beretta, AUG, M16, Micro-UZI and Shotgun;
- Clothing store and wardrobe;
- Added in-car death animations and random behavior for dead drivers;
- Separate folder with mod files. Thanks to this, none of the original files will not be replaced during installation;
- PC key icons in game hints;
- VCPD Wintergreen police motorcycle. Can be seen in the traffic;
- Photo Mode. Activated in the pause menu;
- Climbing and swimming mechanics can now be turned on and off in features.ini!
Features of version 2.6:
- Ped variations;
- Distant lights;
- Radio station icons when switching radio stations;
- Borderless window mode.
Features of version 2.5:
- Ability to add new transport. In the archive with the mod there is a MVL-transport settings converter;
- Autosave after completing a mission;
- Saving anywhere. You must not be on a mission, not have a search level and not move;
- Some vehicles have been improved in the following:
1) Rotating steering wheel;
2) Gas tank. When shot, the car explodes
3) Turners, which are used by NPCs and can also be used by the player;
4) Enabled texture of car lights;
5) Car lights can break on impact;
5) Smoke and engine fire comes out of the grille of the car if the bonnet is closed. On a motorbike, they come out next to it;
6) Support for four colors for added vehicles;
7) Experimental feature: Vehicle lights can break when shot at. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the collision, this does not work with all cars.

- Added features.ini file to the game folder, where you can enable different features;
- Ability to save photos from the camera;
- Reloading a weapon on the key;
- Other changes.
Changes in version 2.0:
- Tuning vehicles in the garage of modifications.
Added modifications: change car color, spoiler, change spoiler color, side skirts, scoops on the roof and hood,
hood vent, change wheels and their color, tinted windows, change suspension, hydraulics, armor, improved engine, improved brakes, bulletproof tires;
- Tuned cars can be found on the streets;
- Added new vehicles;
- It is now possible to hide from the cops at any level of wanted;
- The front wheels of the car retain their current rotation after exiting the car;
- The car's wheel can fall off with a very hard impact;
- Walking on ALT for the keyboard.
Changes in version 1.5:
- First-person view;
- Drive-by shooting;
- Movement while aiming;
- Sprint with heavy weapons;
- CLEO Redux support;
- Returned the ability to change the density of traffic and pedestrians;
- Changes in animations;
- Moving Moon;
- Source code in the archive with the mod.
Changes in version 1.0:
- Climbing. Climbing over fences and climbing obstacles (including for NPCs);
- Swimming. Swimming in water without the risk of dying;
- Seated movement;
- Changed aiming system. Aim while holding the button;
- More modern control. For the mouse and gamepad — the ability to separately change the sensitivity for viewing and aiming.
Also, in the settings for the gamepad added: dead zone, vibration strength, auto-aiming and modern configuration.
- Changed wanted system. The player has the ability to hide from the police. When the cops do not see the player, they will try to find him;
- Increased spawn radius of vehicles and pedestrians.
