This modification will add neon lights from GTA Vice City Stories. In addition, some bugs have been fixed in the mod. Some files had poor quality textures. This has now been fixed. Also neon was fixed on some buildings (since it was a slightly different shape in VCS).
Recommended: Project2DFX and SkyGfx.
