[VC] Vice City Neons v5 + fix (VCS to VC)

This modification will add neon lights from GTA Vice City Stories. In addition, some errors have been corrected in the mod. Some files had low-quality textures. Now it's fixed. Also, the neon has been corrected on some buildings (since in VCS it was a slightly different shape).

Recommended: Project2DFX and SkyGfx.

[VC] Vice City Neons v5 + fix (VCS to VC)

Данная модификация, добавит неоновые огни из GTA Vice City Stories. К тому же в моде исправлены некоторые ошибки. Некоторые файлы имели текстуры низкого качества. Теперь это исправлено. Также неон был исправлен на некоторых зданиях (так как в VCS оно было немного другой формы).

Рекомендуется: Project2DFX и SkyGfx.
