Mod adds neon lighting to Vice City buildings. Works on both original and Vice Cry versions. It is advisable to put it with the Vice Cry mod, since some objects may not be in the original version and the neons will not be displayed correctly.
Suitable for those who do not have it another version given mod.
Installation: - Copy the Neons folder to Data \ maps - Add lines of code to Data \ gta_vc.dat (sample in the archive)
