According to the name of the Uzi in GTA3.img and weapons.dat, as well as the official website of Vice City, it was supposed to have a silencer, but this is not in the final version.
So, this mod adds this very silencer + HD icon and the replaced sound is attached. Installation instructions are in the ReadMe.
