The mod adds bikers on motorcycles to the traffic of the game, which will occasionally come across on the road. There are three versions in the archive to choose from (it is desirable to install only one, but you can install three at once).
1. Kind bikers - love Thomas. 2. Evil bikers - they want to kill him. 3. Neutral bikers - they don't care about Thomas.
Bugs, conflicts: not found - tested on game version 1.0.
Installation: drag the cs file along the path C:\Games\GTA - Vice City\cleo
