Cloak for Tommy Vercetti

This modification replaces the standard Tommy shirt with a raincoat.
Only the model is replaced, so skins work on the cloak, from the Skins folder. texture unwrapping is based on the standard skin.

Installation - replace player.dff in gta3.img
