RocketBike modification port on VC

The PCJ-600 is now equipped with jet engines that allow it to take off.

LMB - Dash (just be careful, don't kill Tommy and don't fly over the water!
In the air, dash can be used 3 times in a row. Then - fall!

PS - near Tommy's first house (hotel) is a brand new PCJ-600. Enjoy
