Author's Note: There is a Front Page Cafe in the Ocean Beach area. After Tommy killed the guard, the owner hired a new one. This guy is this guard. He accepted the job because it's a good place to do drug deals. He works in the police as a deputy, but he does not respect the law. A man kills everyone who looks at him the wrong way. His car is a blue Cheetah. He loves to drive her. He also likes to beat everyone with brass knuckles, which is located behind the cafe.
