Author's Note: There is a bench and a shotgun spawn in the Ocean Beach area. There's an ad on this bench, "Mean Street Taxis". This guy is a taxi driver. He drives a Mean Street Taxis, a company that delivers drugs to customers through their drivers. He places drugs under the benches for the client to sit down, take them, give the driver money and leave. But if someone refuses to pay, then he will get a shotgun that lies near this bench and make him pay.
