LCS Snowfall Port for GTA Vice City and GTA 3!
This mod will add snowy weather from the LCS.
You can find all possible snowfall variations in LCSSnow.ini.
By default, you can switch between snow modes via F8, but you can change it from there.
Only for 3/VC 1.0 exes for now. (also works on Re: LCS)
The .asi and .ini files must be in the same directory.
You can use any ASI/DLL loader or not use it and put everything in the root folder, the ASI loader in the game will handle this.
