This modification radically changes our beloved GTA Vice City. These textures are from the global mod "Ultimatum", which the author claims he made from 2016 to 2018. In fashion, the textures of clothes, roads, the Malibu club, houses, and so on are replaced.
The mod is not compatible with Vice Cry.

Данная модификация кардинально изменяет любимую всеми нами GTA Vice City. Данные текстуры с глобального мода "Ultimatum", которую как утверждает автор он делал с 2016 по 2018 год. В моде заменяются текстуры одежды, дорог, клуба "Малибу", домов и так далее.
Мод не совместим с Vice Cry.
