Snow storm

A powerful snow storm is approaching Vice City.
But the city has already experienced the snowiest winter in history.

Features:

• Photorealistic HD snow textures;
• Textures and models have undergone changes;
• Snowy voice acting;
• The snow lies correctly (not on the sides or on the ceilings);
• No thunderstorm;
• The mod can be installed on top of another snow mod, thereby combining it.

The mod is partially done, so:

• People in summer clothes;
• There are under-textured areas.

Note:
This is my second snow mod for Vice city made on December 26, 2014
and abandoned the same year.
