This mod will allow you to spawn and control a police turntable. To do this, enter the cheat code "CHOPPER. Control: W/S - Fly up/Fly down Q/E - Turn left/Turn right Num 9 - Fly Forward Num 6 - Fly Back F/Enter - Get In/Out of Helicopter Also, the helicopter is armed with a machine gun, to use it press "Brake"(Space, RMB by default)
