The mod adds a house on the water near the left island in vice city. It is possible to go inside the house. There is a speeder boat at the pier. You can also save at home.

P.S I know that the mod is essentially useless, but I tried. This is my first job with MEd and my first "big" job with Cleo. I also advise you to download swimming modification otherwise it will be hell for Tommy Vercetti.
