Throw the files into the folder: Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA Vice City Definitive Edition/Profiles
Open the folder with your profile ID and copy the save files into it.
Slot 2 file GTAVCsf2.sav — 100% completed game (NO CHEATS!)
Slot 3 file GTAVCsf3.sav — 99% completed game (for the achievement “Keys to the City (Done it All)” (NO CHEATS!))
Both files are saved at the beginning of the game (the “In the Beginning...” mission).
Additional bonuses for completing GTA: Vice City — Definitive Edition to 100% at once:
• Maximum health increases to 200 units,
• Maximum body armor strength increases to 200 units,
• Infinite ammo for any weapon,
• Ability to hire three fighters at the mansion ($2,000 per person),
• Doubled strength for any controlled vehicle,
• T-shirt with a scathing inscription,
• Trophy “Keys to the City” (Done it All).
Answer to the question — Why 150 lives/armor? You need to complete pizza delivery and police missions.

Оба файла сохранены в начале игры (миссия «В начале...»).
