Throw the files into the folder: Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA Vice City Definitive Edition/Profiles
Open the folder with your profile ID and copy the save files into it.
File 2 slots GTAVCsf2.sav — 100% completed game (NO CHEATS!)
File 3 slots GTAVCsf3.sav - 99% of the completed game (for the achievement "Keys to the City (Done it All)" (WITHOUT CHEATS!))
Both files are saved at the beginning of the game ("At the Beginning..." mission).
Additional bonuses for completing GTA: Vice City — Definitive Edition by 100% are several at once:
• Max health increased to 200,
• The maximum durability of body armor is increased to 200 units,
• Infinite ammo for any weapon,
• Ability to hire three fighters in the mansion ($2,000 per person),
• Double durability for any drivable vehicle,
• T-shirt with a stinging inscription,
• Trophy "Keys to the City" (Done it All).
The answer to the question - Why 150 life / armor? You need to complete the missions for delivering pizza and the police.
