HQ Mission Passed Sound — No Earrape

This mod replaces the “Mission Passed” sound with a high-quality version taken from the original PS2 intros, as they used uncompressed PCM audio. As a bonus, it's not as loud and harsh as the OG, so it doesn't hurt the ear anymore.
