Opening of Closed Places

The previously closed places are now open.
The "Howlin' Petes Biker Emporium" store in the urban area, the empty house beside the bridge leading to the Shrimp Island, and the staircase cordon in Washington Beach can be passed through. Two of the three dots on the sea in the map, which are wooden houses, are now open.

The model is a total of 1.94MB (with 11 dff files in total). To find the replacement model, you need to open the gta3.img folder by yourself and check those 11 dff files. You should prepare the ES File Explorer and IMG TOOL.

Installation:

1. Open the ES File Explorer, click on Internal Storage, then click on Android, and then click on obb. When you see the folder with the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City icon, click to enter it. Rename the file inside and add a ".obb" to it. Then click on the compressed package, and extract the gta3.img and gta3.dir (it's an img file) from the texdb folder. After that, unzip the dff.zip file in this mod compressed package (there are dff files inside).
2. Click on IMG TOOL, open the gta3.img file in the texdb folder, and then click on the second option "Add file(s) with replace" among the three dots in the upper right corner. Select all the dff files, and then it's done.
