New radio - Rock Radio from GTA 4 and GTA 5 (with cut songs)

This mod adds a new radio station to the game, which plays cut songs from GTA 5 (from Los Santos Rock Radio) and from GTA 4 (Liberty Rock Radio 97.8).
The station is a fusion of rock radio from parts IV and V of the game.

Replaces Wave 103 radio.
Total length: 03:57:45.
Now this radio station broadcasts for fans of rock and metal.
