PC Camera Control for GTA Vice City (iOS, Android)
This modification changes the camera control like in the PC version of the game.
Requires: Gamepad controller (if you do not have a gamepad controller, you can not install this mod).
Installation: Move the file "gta_vc.set" to Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files (here).
