PS2 features restored to Mobile

Hello everyone!
First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to Vadim M, from whom I learned about the differences between the versions of the games and about the authors of the "PS2 to Mobile + fixes" mod for GTA: SA. This is what inspired me to make the same mod for Weiss.
GTA Vice City was originally made for the PlayStation 2, and the PC version did not feature all of the things that were originally in the game. Actually, the port on the mobile version has the same problems as the port on the PC. Both ports have their own problems and disadvantages.

What's inside:
- Hood and menu (in development);
- Restored textures;
- Comet from the PC / PS2 version of the game;
- Refurbished FlashFM;
- Restored cutscene in a strip club;
- Increased texture resolution (the mobile version may have worse texture quality than PS2);
- Newspapers and leaves from the PS2 version;
- Ruger from PS2.

Things to work on:
- PS2 atmosphere;
- Other textures;
- Missing animations;
- Tear gas;
- Support for version 1.07;
- Names of weapons.


The APK file is required, otherwise you run the risk of running into some problems with textures (you need APK version 1.09).

First of all i would like to say thanks to Vadim M. for letting me know some of the differences, and the authors of the modification for GTA: SA "PS2 to Mobile + fixes" for inspiring me to create a similar mod for VC.
GTA Vice City was originally developed on PlayStation 2, and the PC port doesn't have some features present in the PS2 version. However, the mobile port is a PC port, with some of his issues and bugs.

Things included in the mod:
- Hud and Menu (WIP);
- Restored textures;
- Comet from PC / PS2;
- Restored FlashFM;
- Restored original strip club cutscene;
- Higher resolution textures (apparently, mobile have lower textures than PS2);
- PS2 newspaper and leafs;
- PS2 Ruger.

Things that i have to work to:
- PS2 atmosphere (trails);
- Other textures;
- Missing Animations;
- Teargas;
- Support for 1.07 version;
- Name of the weapons.

Any help for finishing this mod is appreciated.
The APK is needed, otherwise you may be incounter some texture problems (The APK is 1.09 version).
