As you can see, this is a regular Bullet, but with wheels from the original Monster.
Car in the style of "SA" - which fits into the atmosphere of the game.

The mod is based on the 2003 film "Road Beast". The mod includes: Bob himself and his terrible car. You can meet him on Richman Highway at 00:00 and at Hilltop Farm at 06:00-23:00. The mod is fully functional. I didn't notice any bugs.
