I decided to change the skyscraper mod from gta4. Added a teleport to the roof, a parachute on the roof, a capsule with time dilation, a pickup truck with lives, a teleport back to earth. The skyscraper stands in San-Fierro near the car showroom....

I started converting buildings from gta 4 to CA, and wanted to build a pack and then post it, but due to some problems, I decided to immediately try to post my progress. So, here is my first building - a skyscraper from the city center.
