The Diablos gang from GTA III are big anime fans, so I decided to style their car in this vein. It came out very "lore-friendly", as Princess Robot Bubblegum is an anime from GTA IV and V.
I originally made a car for GTA III, but there were problems with this, and I converted it to SA.
