This mod is nothing more than a civilian version of a police car from GTA III in SA style. The mod is quite complete, but in the final version there will be a complete adaptation to tuning, as well as police and taxi versions.
I post earlier, because I don't know for sure when I'll be able to get back to modding. The final version may come out the day after tomorrow, or maybe two weeks later.
P.S. The name is taken by analogy with the model from GTA 5. I did not take the name Echo, because. it was just invented by OnePiece when creating the HD pack of cars.
