This is New Year's version of the mod GTA Kupyansk 0.7 This version has added snow, new missions, animations, weapons, vehicles, expanded the map and, most importantly, just added a huge bunch of new Kupyan bugs.
Z.Y. do not take this modification seriously, it has a city completely from Bezrukov, how after this you can think that we are not doing this for fun?
