In addition to new police cars, the game will feature a prison in the desert near zone 69. On the territory of the prison there will be: guards (new skins), prisoners (new skins) and new transport including a prison bus. The prison looks quite realistic; on its territory there are towers, floodlights, a canteen, basketball courts and a rocking chair. In the rocking area you can meet Big Smoke, Oggy Lock and the guys from Grove Street, and in the rocking area there is a ring where prisoners fight. Latinos, Balas and boys from Grove Street.

In addition to the prison, all police stations, including rural ones, are revived in the game. In all areas there is a large number of both new and standard cars. In addition to cars, there are police officers in the stations; police skins are also new and standard. Plus, there are police checkpoints scattered throughout the state; if you drive past such a checkpoint at high speed, you will be awarded 2 stars. If you have more than three stars, a new police car will come to you; the car is selected randomly by the game depending on the area in which you are located. As always, according to tradition, 8 secret cars will appear in the game; they are scattered throughout the state; a map of their location is among the screenshots. Among the secret cars there will be a rather interesting Huntley jeep, its distinctive ability is a machine gun, only the machine gun was not made in the last part of the DLC (turret mode), this machine gun spins 360 degrees (the machine gun model itself), it also shoots in all directions. Where to look for new cars: 1. In police stations, 2. On the roads (new cars will be found in traffic (the driver will be a cop)), 3. Spawn them with a spawner.

There are 53 new vehicles in total, including three motorcycles, two helicopters and one boat, the boat can be found on Santa Maria Beach in Los Santos.
