Freaks and Strangers

Freaks and strangers - CLEO script for GTA San Andreas, which adds to the game a network of mini-missions (orders) from random passers-by. This feature is present in many games from Rockstar Games, and I decided to transfer it to GTA San Andreas, where it is not available.

I. Description:

Orders - this is a great way to earn starting capital at the beginning of the game, or to supplement the current one. Each task is unique in its own way, all tasks differ in the level of complexity and the amount of money that you will receive by completing the task successfully.

To get the task, find in any crowd of people a person who needs help. It will be marked with a special marker (red or blue).

There are two types of people who give tasks:

*Freaks - are marked with a red marker. Their tasks are too insane, and sometimes do not make any sense in performing. But they pay not bad money, why not help?
*Strangers But they also pay less. Marked with a blue marker.

A player can only complete one task at a time. The next one will be available in 6 in-game hours.


II. Auto-updates:

This is the first time I use the auto-update function in my mods. It allows you to download all script updates automatically without leaving the game! The function is configured in the Settings.INI file, Update parameter (1 if you want updates to be downloaded automatically, or 0 if you want to disable this function). No more waiting for a patch or new version to arrive. As soon as an update is available, it will be immediately downloaded and installed. You will only need to restart the game.

III. Settings in Settings.INI

At the moment, the settings file has only two options, one of which is currently disabled.

Update (1 - enable; 0 - disable) - enable / disable the auto-update function. It is recommended to turn it off when there is no internet connection.
Language (1 - Russian; 2 - English) - changes the language in the script. Since the script has not yet been fully translated into English, option 2 is currently not available. It will be included in future updates.
Timer (from 1 to 6) - sets a timeout between orders. Indicated in the game clock. If you set more or less than the norm, the timeout will work in the standard 6 hours.
