The development environment on which world masterpieces were made (including GTA) or, more simply, the engine from it.
At the moment, this software is very outdated and is only suitable for modifying GTA.
There are also plugins from 3D Max, Maya, renderware software and a bunch of documentation.
There are 6 tutorials on YouTube, but they are of poor quality (in principle, you can see them).

Installation:
1. Unpack, Install with the program "Setup.exe",
Which is located in the "Renderware Graphics SDK 3.7" Folder.
2. After Installation, copy the "lservrc" file in the "License" Folder.
In the Installed directory "sharedOpenExportbin" replacing the lservrc file there.
Tested, FOR WINDOWS XP - Works! =)

IMPORTANT!!! For WINDOWS 98SE and XP Users:
If, after rebooting, you receive error messages.
For example: "Cannot find AWD.DLL" or similar file.
When you try to get started with any of the Renderware utilities.
You can fix the problem by copying the necessary files from the "sharedOpenExportbin" ! folder!
NOTE: Copy ONLY the CONTENTS of this folder, not everything.
Среда разработки на которой делались мировые шедевры (в том числе и GTA) или проще говоря движок от нее.
На данный момент это ПО сильно устарело и годится только для модификации GTA.
Так же есть плагины от 3д макса, maya, софт renderware и куча документации.
Есть 6 туториалов на youtube, но они в плохом качестве (в принципе разглядеть можно).
Инструкция по сборке движка тут \Graphics\docs\whitepapers\BuildRW (после установки)
Установка:
1. Распаковать, Установите программой "Setup.exe",
Которая расположена в Папке "Renderware Graphics SDK 3.7".
2. После Установки, копируйте файл "lservrc", что в Папке "License".
В Установленный каталог "\shared\OpenExport\bin" заменяя там lservrc файл.
Проверено, ДЛЯ WINDOWS XP — Работает! =)

ВАЖНО!!! Для Пользователей WINDOWS 98SE и XP:
Если, после перезагрузки, Вы получаете, сообщения об ошибках.
Например:"Не может найти AWD.DLL" или подобный файл.
Когда Вы пытаетесь начать работу с любой из утилит Renderware.
Вы можете исправить проблему, копируя нужные файлы из папки "sharedOpenExportbin"
(таже самая папка куда вы копировали lservrc файл), В вашу папку "WindowsSystem".
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: Скопируйте ТОЛЬКО СОДЕРЖАНИЕ этой папки а не всё подряд.
