Tree Lod Mod

Now trees and all vegetation will be visible at full distance. They will not disappear and will be viewed from any distance. More screenshots in the archive.
* Works perfectly with SA-MP.
* FPS may sag on weaker PCs that use Project Oblivion & BSOR.
