New 2015 mod

I present to your attention a wonderful New Year's modification, which includes several scripts.

• Working hand clock in the center of LS.
• The hands show the exact game time, the hour hand does not jump, you can hear a ticking nearby. At 00:00, bells ring near the clock. NEW YEAR!!!
• In SB, some opcodes for creating 3D sounds stopped working, so 3D sound had to be done manually.
• Freezing people with a staff.
• You just need to pick up a shovel (from now on it’s a magic staff with its own model) and hit a passerby so that he turns into ice. If you don't want to hit anyone, then aim at the person with the staff in your hand and press the key combination "Shift" + "X" (English).
• Well, if you get tired of this idol, you can break it in any known way! Break with shots, break with your hands or any bladed weapon, hit with a car, blow up, etc...
• Skate.
• The location is indicated on the map with a yellow square (next to Groove Street). Everything is accompanied by comments on what and how to do. Your animations.

Installation:
The installation is fully automated. All you need is:

1. Run N2015.exe
2. Specify the path to the folder with GTA: San Andreas
3. Wait until the end of unpacking
4. The "New 2015 language" window will open, there you need to enter what language you need (English - English, Russian - Russian)
5. After closing, you will be prompted to install Smart Localization translation. I recommend installing it! (If you chose the English version of the mod, SL is not required)
6. Start the game
7. Enjoy the new year!

The modification should be installed ONLY on pure GTA SA, and other modifications on top. BUT with other mods there may be crashes.
