Assembly of mods and instructions for the ability to play GTA: San Andreas TOGETHER ON THE ONE COMPUTER AND ON THE ONE KEYBOARD WITH THE NUM SIDE (right side of the keyboard with numbers) WITHOUT THE HELP OF THE JOYSTICK.
Assembly includes: - Script two players GTA SA "Two Players Limitless mod v1.0 CLEO" - 2Players.cs (author Tim Dragon, for which special thanks to him); - SAAC 2 program (two copies, to run separate ready-made settings for each player); - File gta_sa.set with game settings, with ready-made control settings for the first player (so that the standard control does not interfere) - Instruction and control with chips.
What it gives: Possibility of a full-fledged game together on one keyboard without the help of a joystick. No need to dig and set up controls in the SAAC 2 program. Everything was kindly studied, collected, provided and configured by me, solely for the convenience of controlling two players on one keyboard. A script from the author Tim Dragon and the SAAC 2 program were used.
Probably the mod is not compatible with any other mods, so be careful with them, the game may crash. Fully compatible with the DYOM mission creation add-on! _____________________________________________________________________________ Installation: 1.) Copy the 2Players.cs file to the CLEO folder; 2.) Copy the gta_sa.set file to the C: Documents and Settings folder My DocumentsGTA San Andreas User Files (or simply speaking in "My DocumentsGTA San Andreas User Files"). It is advisable to make a copy of the replaced file so that normal control can be returned; 3.) Copy somewhere the folder with two copies of SAAC 2.
For some reason SAAC 2 may not work on Windows 7, so the archive comes with additional VB6 DLLs. If you do not run the SAAC2 program on Windows 7, run VB6 DLLs.exe, which is located in the VB6_DLLs.zip archive, agree at startup and the file will automatically install the necessary files. ____________________________________________________________________________ How to use: 1.) Run two copies of the SAAC 2 program through the SAAC2.exe file, separately for 1 and 2 players.
(Try not to touch or change anything superfluous in the program, otherwise the settings may deteriorate. Of course, refer to those who have "crooked" hands); 2.) In the second running window of the program (exactly in the second one, do not confuse it!) Check the box next to "2nd player" (at the bottom of the window); 3.) Leave two windows open (you can minimize them); 4.) Launch the game. Load any save, go outside (in the interiors, the mod is unstable, as well as when using some features of the game, such as buying clothes, etc.). Also, the mod can be successfully used in DYOM missions, but first you need to "start the mission", using the mod when constructing missions will lead to a crash; 5.) Press F6, CJ calls, a window appears, choose a skin for 2 players. Press N to select a skin. 6.) The camera changes angle and player 2 appears. If it does not respond to control, press * (asterisk on the NUM side) ____________________________________________________________________________ Some chips and features:
If one of the players dies, the other player also dies.
The camera angle is changed to a general one, where two players are visible, or separately, where one player is shown, by pressing V for the first player and Backspace for the second.
On foot while aiming, players can change targets while aiming independently with the mouse wheel for the first player, or NUM 1, NUM 3 for the second.
While sitting in the car, the second player can control the red circle-sight and shoot the weapon (below, in the control it is indicated how).
Also, in order to seat two players separately, in two cars, you must always seat the second player first with the keys Sprint + Get into the car (NUM Enter + RShift), and then the first player in another wheelbarrow, with the same keys.
You can experiment with the Jetpack and fly together, just call the jetpack with a cheat code for the first player, throw it away (with the F key) and give it to the second player. Then call the jetpack for the first player.
It is undesirable to go through the story together, although in some places the mod works, but it still crashes, sooner or later.
DYOM missions are compatible with the mod, and only those in which the Player does not teleport far from 2 players, because the distance between the players is strictly limited, and if it is increased, the game may crash.
Write to me if you have any questions or found other features and chips in fashion: vk.com/JaysMitto ____________________________________________________________________________ CONTROL:
FOR 1ST PLAYER: In general, the controls for the first player remain the same. It is slightly changed due to the fact that the standard control of vehicles for the first player affects the NUM keys, and most of these keys are more convenient to use to control the second player. I tried to fit the control to the keyboard for two people as conveniently as possible. SAAC 2 and through the menu in the control settings, so that everything is similar. It's better not to touch it at all.
On foot: Aiming is presented as when playing on consoles, classic, for the convenience of playing two players.
