SilentPatch is a plug-in that restores cut aspects of the game, fixes bugs and brings back cut features from the PS2 version that were lost as a result of a crooked port to PC.
This is the latest version at the moment, containing new fixes and fixes from earlier versions, as well as new features.
What specifically is restored, added and fixed in this version: 1. Support version 1.1. 2. License plates now have bilinear filtering, as a result of which they now look smoother. 3. Added illumination value fix 4. Double wheels on trailers 5. Compatible with SA:Render 6. Lights are now correctly discarded by vehicles and NPCs - previously they were not discarded under some circumstances. 7. Present only on the PS2 version of the game, the cheat code “Cars drive on water” has now been added to the PC, the inclusion is SEAROADER. 8. Game FPS has been capped to 1000 (with FPS off) to prevent stuttering during certain moments. 9. 10. Weapons and jetpacks will now have a shadow along with the character's shadow.
