LSPD CCTV V2

This is a small addition to version 1. Here is the whole change:
1. There are now 10 cameras instead of 6.(0-9)
2. When switching, ripples appear.
Cons:
1. Now does not work in DYOM.
2. Failed to implement camera noise. (I'm not a scripting pro.)
