This story is quite confusing and in order to understand it you need to think about the meaning of these missions.

War, death, courage. All this carries a lot of meaning, but many deaths are hidden behind this meaning. Wars are different, both civil and national. This is exactly what happened between the two countries: the United States and France. The French mafia leader created a Nazi branch in his group, which he sent to the United States to provoke a conflict between the presidents of the United States and France. In the city of Los Santos, a large-scale military conflict began, which suffered a large number of casualties among civilians. Patrick Brown is a 17-year-old spy on a mission to rescue the daughter of police officer Neil Mac. In addition to saving Neil's daughter, he has to survive in this country. One of the French Nazis, whose name is not disclosed, is involved in this case. Using a deliberate bank robbery as a cover for a Nazi attack, the guy greatly harms the police.
