You can buy balls at the Zero RC toy store. Go to the cash register and select the desired ball. There are only 3 types of balls: red, blue, green. Each balloon costs only $1. By our Russian standards, this is within 40 rubles, a good price, in principle. You can buy an unlimited number of balls. They are saved even after leaving the game, and you can always use them.
To launch the red ball, press key 1.
To launch the blue ball, press key 2.
