GTA VC sounds

This modification replaces the sounds of GTA San Andreas with sounds from GTA Vice City.

Replaced sounds:

• Total weapons.
• Helicopter rotors (maverick, polmav, news chopper).
• The sound of a sharp turn.
• Sounds of explosions.
