It was a normal day... but suddenly the terrorists attacked the power plant that supplied energy to the whole of San Fierro! Police sergeant Alex leads the takeover of the power plant, but he is trapped and asks for air support. He links to the Aircraft Carrier! They send their best pilot to help... But the problems didn't end there! The helicopter ran out of fuel! And he returns to the aircraft carrier, then Sergeant Alex and his squad must cope on their own!
