Ralph Pendelberry is a Los Santos police officer who was mentioned several times in the beginning of GTA SA and also appeared in the GTA SA Introduction movie. Was killed by Jimmy Hernandez on Tenpenny's orders. In the film, Pendelberry appeared with a bloody face, but here it is normal and without blood.
