Russian Theft Auto - a global mod for GTA San Andreas, developed since 2011, but more or less conscious work began in early 2013. The mod demolishes the entire state, replacing it with the Russian provincial town of Ibutsk.
Features of this version - the area of the new map is slightly more than 1 kilometer - there are pedestrian paths - new models of passers-by (gopniks and cops) - new weather setting (do not replace it under any circumstances!)

Note: Do not use ENB 0.75c or any other version with reflective bump.
