Jetpack always with you 2.0

New and corrected version of my old cleo-script "Jetpack is always with you".
But first, a small explanatory story for those who just do see this script for the first time.
So, this is a cleo script that allows you to get a Jetpack without entering a cheat code on the Jetpack, with just one press of one "J" key on the keyboard.
And after that, the player quickly and immediately finds himself on the Jetpack.
The advantage of this is that this is not a standard and not just a cheat code.
But just something like a "cleo-cheat", which does not affect the saving of your GTA SA in any way, unlike any cheat code you typed into anything.
Where are you, if for some reason you do not deactivate this cheat code, then you, as a minimum, will get bored before the game crashes, one message when you try to save the game.
Here is the message: "A cheat code has been activated, it is not recommended to save the game with an active cheat code."

And the game won't crash after saving.
Well, on this, that is, the story about the old version of this script, that's all, let's move on to the story about the new version.
Yes, in the previous version of this script, many bugs and errors were made.
But most of all, it was one and, in my opinion, the main bug that alerted me, this is a bug in which, after the player left the Jetpack, 2 Jetpacks appeared.
And due to the lack of my, still then, some knowledge in scripting, I could not fix this bug for a long time.
Well, after only 2 years, having gained more knowledge, I again tried to solve this problem, which, at least, and only now, I succeeded.
In general, the update is small, but significant.
Namely, the bug with 2 Jetpacks has been removed, now in the case of a descent from the Jetpack, only one Jetpack appears, and not 2, as it was in the old version.
I had to add a few more conditions to this version of the script (more on that below), under which the Jetpack will not be issued to the player.

So, now about these conditions in more detail.
The jetpack will not be issued to you if you, i.e. the player, will be:
In the water
In the air
In the car
Already on the Jetpack
Control keys and your actions:
1.Whether or not you are in the game, press the key: J.
2. And you will immediately find yourself on the Jetpack.
3. To exit the Jetpack, press the key: Enter
