I decided to post the Menu and loading screens from my LosAngeles2006 mod. The global mod will be released soon.
Mod without lags or crashes.

Archive content:

Fix for wide screens;
Fix for displaying the background in the menu;
Redesigned gta_sa.exe to display menus;
Menu textures;
Video.

Installation:
Move all files from the archive to the main folder and replace the files.

Решил выложить Меню и экраны загрузки из моего мода LosAngeles2006. Глобальный мод скоро выйдет.

Мод без лагов и вылетов.

Содержание архива:

Фикс для широких экранов;
Фикс для отображения заднего фона в меню;
Переработанный gta_sa.exe для отображения меню;
Текстуры меню;
Видео.

Установка:

Все файлы из архива переместить в главную папку с заменой файлов.
