This mod adds a huge (artificial) island with a hotel. There are: ads for Gamasaurus and GTA V, the ability to save, heal, drink, the same in the archive there is a mission (without a plot (this is my first mission)). There is an EXE file in the archive, it must be replaced. Here is the video:
