Anomalous phenomena on Grove Street

This mod adds a few scripts to the game that make your gameplay a little... weirder.

What's inside the mod:

• There will be all sorts of people on Grove Street who want to kill you.
• There will also be a crazy person who walks like a prostitute.
• Near CJ's house, you will see a pure black burning Savannah, which will later explode.
