This script was contained in the archive of my mod "searchlights at the military base", but I decided to completely rewrite the script. So now you have an opportunity from the "black project" mission. Namely, the complete shutdown of the air defense system at the military base. To turn off the air defense, go to the main room, stand as in the screenshot, and press F. In general, the script has been completely redesigned!
